Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIMES

Generally, you should receive your product within 1-4 business days once your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation of shipment by email once your order is processed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • Flat rate shipping on orders over $350: Free

Online Exclusives

  • Flat rate shipping for orders under $99: $14.95
  • Flat rate shipping for orders over $99: Free

  • Flat rate shipping for orders under $35: $30.00
  • Flat rate shipping for orders over $35: Free

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment and will include tracking information for your package. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. You can check your order status in the My Account page, contact Customer Care at (906) 424-4584 or email us and a Representative will assist you.

ORDER TRACKING

Order tracking is available for most orders; however, this may vary depending on your location. Please note that tracking information availability may vary depending on the carrier that services your area.

To track the status of your order, log in to your thestylegarage.com account to view your order status. Please remember that when you log in, you will be asked for a shipping address even though you are only looking up information. Then click on My Account in the upper left corner of any The Style Garage page to access the tracking information.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Currently, The Style Garage ships within the lower 48 states only.

We regret we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to international addresses at this time.

If you would like to ship to another address, log in to thestylegarage.com and enter the address where you will be shipping. At this time, orders cannot be split to ship to more than one address at a time. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each delivery address.

RETURNS

If you need to return a product to The Style Garage, please contact Customer Care at (906) 424-4584 or email us for the appropriate return procedure. Returns are accepted on saleable, unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase with the original packing slip or invoice.

Return of Online Exclusives Marketplace Items: 

Marketplace items are fulfilled by a third party vendor as indicated on the item's product page. Customers shall be entitled to a refund, less any applicable shipping costs, on their first Order from Brand, provided that refunds are requested within 30 days of receipt of Products and Customer returns the Products in unopened and unused condition (an "Approved Refund"). Customers shall be entitled to make a claim with respect to any defective Product within 30 days of Customer's receipt of the Product, and, upon Customer providing Brand reasonably satisfactory documentation regarding such defect, Brand shall promptly provide Customer with replacement Product at Brand's sole cost and expense. Online Exclusives Marketplace Cancellation Policy: 

Marketplace items are fulfilled by a third party vendor as indicated on the item's product page. Once an order is in fulfillment, sellers are required to approve cancellation. To cancel an order that has not entered the shipping process, please email marketplace@ibeauthentic.com.
